“Silver Magic”

Mercury

“swing by” she says
curving lips into a lecherous smile
no doubt wondering if once there
he might linger for an erotic
fling beneath grassy sheets

pale gold dusting her flesh
sticky sweet
while curves turn rosy
the flush of
necessity heating under covers

let rapture chase away
melancholy moments
voracious, we stray from virtue
give rise to a spray
of silver magic

This naughty little bit is written in response to Sunday Whirl’s Wordle 66. I couldn’t help myself.
